1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SureWyse ("Service"), operated by Osabox Limited, a company registered in Zambia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SureWyse provides a web-based budget planning and financial tracking tool. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers. The Service allows users to track income, expenses, savings, debt, and bills on a monthly basis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost with limitations on history and features.

Premium Tier: Additional features are available through a paid subscription ($9.99/month or $99.99/year). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trial: New users may access a 14-day free trial of Premium features. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial will automatically end after 14 days unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Osabox Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Osabox Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
